The two-part episode was released on VHS and DVD. The HorrorLand theme park was expanded upon in the book series Goosebumps HorrorLand. A sequel in the spin-off series Goosebumps Series 2000 titled Return to HorrorLand was published in 1999. There were two video games, an audiobook, and an adult-aimed interactive show based on the book. A comic adaptation of the book was included in the graphic novel compilation Terror Trips, part of the Goosebumps Graphix series.
